Introduction:
The topic of this major cultural event, the International Festival of CHEHELCHERAGH, is Imam Hussein (pbuh). The reason for this choice is to show the culture of Ashura and the Hosseini insight. They mean the set of concepts, words, goals and motives, methods of actions and morals that have been embodied in the Karbala movement. These values and beliefs are recognizable from the words and behaviors of Imam Hussein (pbuh) and his companions and his family during his revolution. Those who followed Ashura by their actions should teach the culture of Ashura. Before subsequent generations of people and analysts want to introduce the culture of Ashura. This culture is clearly showed in the words and goals of Imam Hussain and his loyal companions. This culture can be extracted through prayers, sermons as well as the investigation of events of Ashura. The uprising of Imam Hossein (pbuh) taught the world to resist tyranny and injustice.
Subjects and theme:
The message of Ashura was the basis of the ideological and intellectual thoughts of Imam Hussain (pbuh), the martyrs of Karbala and the captives from the Ahl al-Bayt (pbuh), which caused the epic of Ashura and the durability of the revolution of Imam Hussain. Hence, the secretariat festival among the great concepts of Ashura and the movement of Karbala, introduces the following subjects for entries:

• Manliness and chivalry even in dealing with the enemies
• Confronting oppression
• Reform movement
• Altruism and selflessness
• Loyalty
• Accompaniment of oppressed people
